- Start lists have been posted.
- Please remember to allow enough time before your start to go to registration. You will not be allowed to start without a bib.

- Please bring your own safety pins for your bib but we will have some if you forget.
- Please bring your own dishes for the BBQ to do our part in protecting the environment. Again we will have a few disposable plates if you forget.
- Draw prize alert! Silva has donated compasses and headlamps and Gord's Running Store donated shoes (a gift certificate for!) so be sure to come to the BBQ for food, medal ceremony and a chance at one of 4 great draw prizes!
- Please consider volunteering. We still need help with site set-up, the start crew and control pick-up. Respond to this email if you can help.
- In the event we have to cancel due to bear / wildlife concerns, we will post that information under News on the website as soon as we know. We will also email you. As of yesterday, there have been no issues to report.

- Open categories have been changed. Please read the website carefully before signing up for an open category. The information on the website is more up-to-date than the Zone 4 form. If you would like to change your category, please contact Marsha F through the "contact us" link.
- Start times will be assigned for the Competitive and Short classes. Please check your start time on the start lists.
- Registration will close 15 minutes prior to the end of the Start Window. Everyone must visit the registration table to hand-in / sign their waiver.
- Whistles: All participants MUST carry a whistle and know how to use it. If you do not know, please ask at Registration.
- Start Window for the Long event - Open 5, Veterans, and F55+, M/F 65+ - is 10:30 - 11 am. Please register by 10:15. Shuttle will be provided.
- Cell Phone Coverage - There is very limited cell phone coverage on all parts of the map. If you have an emergency, use your whistle.
- Pre-Viewing of maps: Children fourteen years and under are allowed to look at their map, with their parents or coaches, in advance of their run. These maps will be posted in the registration area.
